I grew up as a very athletic Greek boy, ancient Greeks loved sports and most cities had public gymnasiums where people gathered to train and relax. It was not by chance that I found myself in the weight room, I definitely noticed that building muscles is my game. I was hooked by the way it made me feel and fell in love with nutrition, training and the science behind them along with the desire to learn and improve everyday which set me up on a new mission to help as many people as possible build muscles without bogus supplements and in the most efficient way.

I have a passion educating people and showing them the truth behind all the lies and hype we have been brainwashed with and I believe in a holistic approach to training and nutrition with regards to overall body health and function rather than the standpoint of aesthetics.

In order to get the most out of your body, one must first give the body what it needs.
